Birthday /Private Event Pricing for the year of 2024 (April through November)
Our policy on events, picnics, group gatherings and outside food has changed. All bookings are now required to be made on the days when the Farm isn't open to the public. For your convenience, we offer two packages for our guests to choose from.
Package number 1: 3 hours of unlimited access to the Event Deck, Picnic area, Playground and surroundings. Picnic brought by the guests during private bookings only (no outside food is allowed during Farm business hours). The cost is $250 per hour.
Package number 2: 3 hours of unlimited access to the Event Deck, Picnic area, Playground and the surroundings. All food will be made to order from the Farm Menu for your convenience....(https://hybridomafarm.com/airstream-menu) There will be a minimum order of 10 pizzas for the party of up to 20 people and 15 pizzas minimum order for the party of up to 40 people. (Must be purchased separately and all food will be itemised and payment is due at the end of the Event)
You are welcome to bring drinks/wine/beer, cakes/cupcakes or any other desserts. Absolutely no outside food is allowed during private events or Farm business hours with this package. The cost is $150 per hour.
Deposits of 20% must be made at the time of reservation. You may cancel your reservation for a full refund no later than two weeks prior to the Event.

When you arrive at the farm, please follow signs to our parking area, Farm Rules and then check in at the Berry Shed. This year we are starting new polices on handing out our new compostable bags, buckets and clam shells.

This is a working farm, so please come dressed for outdoor conditions. We have a port-a-pot available if needed. We have also expanded our playground and picnic area to make it more enjoyable than ever. You'll need sturdy shoes to hike through our fields to the ripest berry areas, a hat and other sun protection.
